I use the following on my laptop;

SpyBot S&D — Spyware
avast — antivirus
Eraser (http://www.heidi.ie/eraser/) — Shredder utility
Defraggler — De frag
Comodo FP — Firewall
cCleaner — Softwtare to clean stuff

Will download ThreatFire and give it a go (http://www.threatfire.com/). I want to know, do SpyBot and AdAware do the same job? nCleaner seems to be a very good software.
